1, Clients will be deemed to have accepted www.fur2feathers.co.uk terms and conditions at time of booking.
2, Booking will not be confirmed until a meet and greet has been done and full requirements been agreed.
3, Payment for dog walking or pop ins is to be made on or before date of first visit. Payment for pet sitting
requires a 25% deposit at time of booking with remaining payment to be on or before first day of sitting.
4, All items necessary for pet care should be provided by the client.
5, Client is responsible for any veterinary bills incurred whilst in the care of www.fur2feathers.co.uk
6, All pets should be insured by the client. www.fur2feathers.co.uk cannot be held liable for loss, injury or death
to any pet whilst in my care.
7, Any keys obtained will be kept in a secured safe.
8, All clients information is kept private and confidential and will not be passed to a 3rd party without consent.
9, I will strive to give the client at least two months notice of any holidays I am taking.
Dog Walking
1, At least 3 days notice is required for any cancellation or full payment will be required.
2, All dogs must be vaccinated and regularly wormed and have a flea treatment.
3, I reserve the right to change the times of walks in the case of adverse weather conditions (dogs will
NOT be walked in the middle of the day if i deem it to be too hot).
4, Dogs will be walked on a lead at all times, unless I have prior agreement from the owner and a
disclaimer form has been signed.
5, I reserve the right to refuse to walk any dog I find aggressive or to have any extreme
behaviour problems.
6, Walks will be 30 or 60 minutes NOT including pick up and drop off times.
Pet Sitting
1, The sitter will make every effort to ensure the health, safety, comfort and happiness of any
animal in my care.
2, I will look after your home to the best of my ability.
3, I will not be away from the premises for more than three hours in any 24 hour period.
4, I will provide my own food, bedding and towels.
5, I will not be held liable for any damage to the owners property caused by any animal in my care.
6, The owner agrees to provide everything the sitter needs to care for the animal eg, food, medication,
poo bags, towels, leads and toys.
7, The deposit required at time of booking is Non refundable.
8, Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to start date will require 50% payment of full cost.
9, Cancellations made less than a week to start date will require payment in FULL.
